His career spans across leadership roles in investment management, product strategy, and research, with a strong track record of contributing to India’s evolving financial ecosystem.
Ravi previously led the fundraising and product design verticals at Northern Arc Investments (formerly IFMR Investments), where he played a key role in structuring innovative investment products and strengthening engagement with institutional investors. Before his leadership role at Northern Arc, he worked in institutional equities research at IIFL Capital and JP Morgan, gaining deep insights into capital markets, sectors, and corporate fundamentals. He also began his career with HSBC, where he contributed to the business intelligence team.
Ravi has been recognized as one of the “40 under 40” outstanding professionals in the Indian Alternative Investment industry by the Indian Association of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF)—a testament to his expertise, leadership, and impact in the field.
In addition to his professional roles, Ravi serves as a consultant to the Social Impact Investments team at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where he contributes to initiatives aimed at driving inclusive and sustainable development through innovative financial solutions. He is also an active member of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee at CFA Society India, supporting ongoing learning and professional excellence within the investment community.
